My favorite blogs and sites about mobility

One of my main area of interest is mobility and I read a lot of blogs and news sites to keep my self up to date. In this post I will share some of my favorite blogs and sites about mobility with you. The last 1 1/2 year I have mainly been working with Microsoft technology when it comes to mobility and therefore you will see a majority of Windows Phone and Windows Mobile blogs in this list.

The Windows Team Blog is a good place to start if you want to be updated on what the Windows teams are up to. There are three blogs I often read on this site:

My Brain Hurts – Mobile development code, rambling and opinions

This was one of the first blog I found when I started looking at Windows Mobile. You find a lot of example code at this blog and there is an own section about Sensor API. You will also find a lot of code and posts about Android on this blog.

Agile mobility - All things from a mobile technology perspective

This blog is written by Alexander Viken a good friend and former colleague of mine. He is a Microsoft Device Application Development MVP and runs the Windows Phone Developer Community in Norway together with me.

At his blog you will find all kind of technology and mobility related articles.

Peter Foot – Microsoft Device Application Development MVP and author of Microsoft Mobile Development Handbook.

He is mainly blogging about Windows Phone and Windows Mobile development.

Jonas Follesø’s World of Software

Jonas is a Microsoft Regional Director and Microsoft Silverlight MVP.

At his blog you will find code examples and articles mainly about Silverlight and lately he has posted several good posts about writing Windows Phone 7 apps with Silverlight. Jonas also shares several of his speeches and presentations on this blog.
